NOTES:
Normally, Thai words
are joined together in one sentence. For someone reading Thai
for the first this would seem like a crazy thing to do. But,
we assure you, after reading for two or three months it will
become obvious where the breaks come. As "I Go to School"
is aimed at younger students, you will find breaks between each
word.
The Thai word for
child is "dek". It can also mean children.
Normally, Thai words don't change when they become plural. In
this case you can just repeat the word if you need to emphasise
that there are more than one child, "dek dek" or put
a classifier and numeral after "dek".
