It is the year AD 2009. Seoul has become the third major city of Japan. Sakamoto Ryu follows his father’s career path and becomes a cop. He has forgotten his heritage as a Chosun (Korean) and pledged his allegiance to the Japanese Empire. Assigned by the empirical authorities, Sakamoto and his partner Saigo have to deal with an underground resistance organization. While investigating the confederation, Sakamoto has a fateful meeting with Oh Hae-rin, a Chosun woman he dreamed about. Utterly confused by the series of events he encounters, Sakamoto is confronted with an incredible historical truth he was never aware of before.
