Drunks don't enter Paknam

I saw this billboard by the side of the road in my city Paknam. It is there to discourage people from drinking and driving. It says that if you are drunk then you cannot enter Paknam.

 

Vocabulary:

Drive = cub rot Don't ride = mai kee

drunk = mao do not enter = mai khao Paknam = pak nam
