I saw this sign in the back of a songtaew. If you want the driver to stop you need to press the buzzer or bell. In Thai it says "garuna got gring". The first word is "please" which you will see often.

Thai Signs: Parking Lot
This sign says "laan jot rot" which translates as "parking lot".
ลาน จอด รถ (laan jot rot)
Thai Signs: Pull
This is a sign that you will often see on a door. It says "deung" which means "to pull". So, don't try to push or slide the door.
ดึง (deung)
Thai Signs: Ladies are forbidden to enter
You won't see this sign very often. I have only seen it in temples in Northern Thailand. It says "su-paap satree haam kao" which means ladies forbidden to enter. The word "su-paap satree" is lady and is not used often. And "haam" is "forbidden" which you will often see on signs.
